1. Sponsor

Hunter's Edge ("EDGE"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY], [STATE] [ZIP] ("Sponsor").

2. Overview

The Hunter's Edge Monthly Gear Draw and Quarterly Experience Draw (collectively, the "Sweepstakes") are recurring promotional sweepstakes offered in connection with the Hunter's Edge membership community. The Sweepstakes consist of two programs:

  1. Monthly Gear Draw. A monthly sweepstakes in which one or more winners are selected to receive outdoor gear and equipment.
  2. Quarterly Experience Draw. A seasonal sweepstakes, conducted four times per year, in which one or more winners are selected to receive a guided outdoor experience (hunting or fishing trip).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of such persons, are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Sweepstakes Periods

4A. Monthly Gear Draw

Each Monthly Gear Draw entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the same calendar month (each, a "Monthly Entry Period"). One drawing is conducted per Monthly Entry Period.

4B. Quarterly Experience Draw

Quarterly Experience Draws are conducted four times per year on the following seasonal schedule:

Exact entry periods and drawing dates are published on the Prize Calendar at huntersedge.io and may be updated by Sponsor with reasonable advance notice.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes schedule, skip a drawing period, or discontinue the Sweepstakes program at any time. In such cases, reasonable advance notice will be posted on the Site.

4C. The Founding Draw

The first Monthly Gear Draw (the "Founding Draw") has a modified Entry Period: it opens at [PLACEHOLDER: launch date] 12:00:00 AM ET and closes on October 26, 2026 at 7:00:00 PM ET. The drawing is conducted live on stream on October 26, 2026. The advertised Founding Draw prize is a Garmin Force trolling motor (approximate retail value $3,499). Standard Monthly Entry Periods under Section 4A resume with the November 2026 drawing. All entry methods described in Section 5, including free entry, apply to the Founding Draw.

There are two methods of entry. Both methods provide entries of equal value and equal odds of winning. No method of entry provides an advantage over any other.

5A. Automatic Entry via Active Vault Membership

Individuals who maintain an active, paid Hunter's Edge Vault membership ("Vault Members") during an Entry Period are automatically entered into each drawing conducted during their active membership. Vault membership is a paid subscription to the Hunter's Edge content and deals platform, which includes curated editorial content, exclusive discount codes, community access, draw-day livestream access, and other membership benefits described at huntersedge.io/vault.

Vault Members receive a base allotment of three (3) entries per Monthly Entry Period and three (3) entries per Quarterly Entry Period. This base allotment is the same for all Vault membership tiers (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime). No tier receives a greater or lesser base allotment than any other.

Vault Members may earn additional bonus entries through the following free activities during an Entry Period:

All bonus entry activities are available at no cost and do not require a Vault membership or any purchase. Bonus entries earned through these activities are identical in weight and value to all other entries.

If a Vault Member cancels their membership, their accumulated entry count resets to zero. This reflects the cessation of the membership benefit of automatic entry. It does not affect entries already submitted for a completed drawing or prizes already awarded.

5B. Free Entry, No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

Any eligible individual may enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, without joining The Drop, and without becoming a Vault Member. To enter for free, visit huntersedge.io/enter-free during any active Entry Period and complete the entry form with the following information: full legal name, valid email address, and complete mailing address (street address, city, state, zip code). Limit one (1) free entry per person per Entry Period.

Free entries carry the same weight and provide the same odds of winning as any other single entry, regardless of whether the entrant is a Vault Member.

Entries submitted via the AMOE method do not accumulate across Entry Periods. Each Entry Period requires a new submission.

All entries (automatic and AMOE) become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged except as described in these Official Rules.

6. Entry Limitations

Regardless of method of entry, all entries must be submitted during the applicable Entry Period. Late, incomplete, unintelligible, or fraudulent entries are void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who acts in violation of these Official Rules.

Limit: Each individual may enter each drawing through one method of entry. Vault Members who are automatically entered may not also submit a free entry for the same Entry Period.

7. Drawing and Odds

7A. Drawing

Winners are selected by random weighted drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Drawings are conducted using a cryptographically random, computer-generated selection process. Each drawing is conducted within five (5) business days following the close of the applicable Entry Period.

All drawings are conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. A completed drawing is final and is not re-run.

Following each drawing, Sponsor publishes on the Site (at huntersedge.io/draws): the number of entrants, the total number of entries in the pool, and the number of entries held by the winner, together with the winner's first name and state (see Section 10, Publicity).

7B. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Because the total number of entries varies, odds cannot be determined in advance.

8. Prizes

8A. Monthly Gear Draw Prizes

Each Monthly Gear Draw awards one (1) or more prizes consisting of outdoor hunting and fishing gear, equipment, or related products. The specific prizes, quantities, and approximate retail values ("ARV") for each drawing are published in advance on the Prize Calendar at huntersedge.io.

8B. Quarterly Experience Draw Prizes

Each Quarterly Experience Draw awards one (1) prize consisting of a guided outdoor experience, which may include a guided hunting trip, guided fishing charter, or similar outdoor experience as described on the Prize Calendar.

The general seasonal structure is:

Specific experience details, locations, dates, and ARVs are published on the Prize Calendar in advance of each Quarterly Entry Period.

Experience prizes include the guided experience only unless otherwise stated. Travel, transportation, lodging, meals, licenses, permits, tags, gratuities, and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. Experience prizes are subject to availability, weather conditions, applicable hunting and fishing seasons, and the participating outfitter's schedule. Sponsor will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner's scheduling preferences, but specific dates and locations are not guaranteed. If an experience prize cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8C. General Prize Conditions

All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC, and Sponsor will report the prize value to the IRS as required by law. Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number before a prize is awarded.

Prize values stated on the Prize Calendar are ARVs determined by Sponsor at the time of listing and may differ from the actual retail price at the time of award.

All prizes are contingent on program availability. If a drawing is canceled before completion, no prize is awarded for that period and no entrant shall have any claim against Sponsor.

9. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries in a new random drawing.

Prior to receiving a prize, a winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes will be shipped to the winner's verified mailing address within thirty (30) days of receipt of all required documentation. Experience prizes will be scheduled in coordination with the winner and the participating outfitter within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's consent for Sponsor to use the entrant's name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice. Winners may be featured in The Drop newsletter, on the Hunter's Edge website, and on Hunter's Edge social media channels.

11. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any individual drawing or the Sweepstakes program as a whole if it cannot be conducted as planned due to business cessation, financial inability, regulatory change, or any circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In such cases, no prize will be awarded for the affected period and no entrant shall have any claim against Sponsor.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: (a) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) any typographical, printing, human, or technical error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (d) any injury or damage to an entrant's computer, mobile device, or other equipment related to participation; and (e) any travel associated with an experience prize.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees; and (c) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Hunter's Edge Privacy Policy available at huntersedge.io/privacy. Personal information collected through the AMOE entry form (name, email address, mailing address) is used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting winners, and delivering prizes. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner(s) of any drawing, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Hunter's Edge Winner List Request, [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY], [STATE] [ZIP], or email help@huntersedge.io. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the applicable drawing date. Winner names may also be published in The Drop newsletter and on the Hunter's Edge website.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
